GROUPS, WORKSHOPS & INTENSIVES

We needed to raise some funds for my daughter’s big track meet. We had Lauren come and host a workshop where we learned about healthy goal setting, worked together to make vision boards, and enjoyed some mocktails while raising money for the team. Not only did we reach our goal, but we had a blast. Lauren was informative, entertaining, and hilarious!

It turns out, it takes a village to do a lot of things! Group workshops are a wonderful way to work through challenges, feel supported in your trials and triumphs, learn from the power of collective voice, and make beautiful, transformative connections with others in community.

At WellNest, we provide a variety of group workshops that harness the power of community, creativity, and innovation.

Group workshops are regularly formed and run on a variety of topics. You are welcome to join workshops during their enrollment periods, and we are always happy to talk to you about arranging a workshop or intensive for your group and explore adding topics to our menu.
